Looking for someone to seal my plans.

Recommended Posts

I work in Maryland primarily. I'm looking for someone who can seal my plans. It would be great if they worked in Chief Architect so that I don't have to convert everything, but it is not necessary.

I would also like to have somebody that I can call and talk to once in a while if I have questions.

Thank you. Here is an example of my plans:

You may be able to find a Maryland-licensed structural engineer or architect who offers plan review and sealing services. While experience with Chief Architect is a plus, it's not essential if they can work from PDFs or DWGs. It's also worth looking for someone who's open to ongoing collaboration, so you have a trusted professional to consult when questions come up.
