That makes sense, especially the point about ongoing collaboration. Having someone who can review the plans, work with PDFs or DWGs, and explain what needs to be changed would probably be more useful than finding someone based solely on their experience with Chief Architect. I’d also want to confirm their Maryland licensing and make sure they’re comfortable with the type of project before getting started.
