Seeking Chief Architect Expert for 3D Renderings & Virtual Walkthroughs – Tampa Residential Property for Sale

We currently have a floor plan for a 4,332 sq ft, two-story residential project already drawn in Chief Architect X15. This includes the 1st and 2nd floor plans only at this stage.I am looking for assistance with the following:

1. Permit Set of Drawings
   I need a complete permit-ready set of construction drawings. I have a reference picture of the desired exterior elevation, but I do not have the skills to draw it myself. My expertise is limited to floor plans, so I’m seeking help to develop the full elevations, sections, details, and any other drawings required for permitting.
2. High-Quality 3D Renderings and Virtual Walkthroughs
   I would like professional, photorealistic 3D renderings and animated virtual walkthroughs / flythroughs to use for marketing the property.

It would be ideal to work with one firm capable of handling both the permit set and the 3D marketing visuals. However, I am also open to splitting the work between two different specialists if needed.

Please let me know if you can assist with either or both parts of this project. I can provide the existing Chief Architect X15 file, the reference elevation photo, and any additional details required.
