GHArchitect
I am using Chief Architect and all of a sudden, the exterior finishes on elevations and 3d camera views have disappeared. But not the whole wall, the studs,Exterior 3D view with siding not displaying correctly..pdf insulation and furring still show up. The siding has not disappeared completely. On the exterior 3D I still see horizontal and vertical strips of the siding. Finishes on the interior elevations and 3d cameras are fine.
ChiefTylerL
Hello @GHArchitect, It looks like the siding layer of your wall is specified as Framing which is causing the program to build very small studs out of your siding material. To resolve this: 1. Open your Wall Specification 2. Go to the Wall Types panel and Define your Wall Type 3. With the siding layer selected uncheck the Framing checkbox below 4. Repeat this with your other wall layers and make sure that only your framing material is marked as Framing You should now see your siding again in your 3D views. If this doesn't seem to resolve the issue please feel free to send this into our Technical Support Center and we can have a deeper look: https://www.chiefarchitect.com/support/article/KB-00717/using-the-technical-support-center.html I hope this helps!

PitMan71
Until you get the hang of it, its easy to get confused in the wall type dbx view.
