Angular Dimensions - display behaves as Temp Dimensions?

Angular Dimensions behave according to the Temporary Dimension preference settings for minimum pixel display size?

In this example, the angular dimensions have the same text style as the auto ext. dimensions. When zooming out they act like a temp layer and the display increases to maintain the minimum pixel display size. This is interesting. Although, from other thread comments Angular Dimensions seem to be unique and on an island in more aspects.
