Working plan view floor levels don't properly align with the level above or below?

I am a novice user of CA 16 and have created working view plans where somehow the first floor is shifted 1/8" to the right of the basement and second floor plan. How do I get these back in alignment and be sure that all relevant layers are also shifted?

Select your wall and align with wall above or below.
