Foundation Wall with Floor Truss on Interior Ledge

See attached wall and flooring detail. I have found info on how to create an interior foundation wall ledge where the floor joists sit on the ledge, but in this detail, the top of the foundation wall is located just above the center of the joist. If this is possible to draw in Chief, please direct me to any instructions.
