LotzCC
See attached wall and flooring detail. I have found info on how to create an interior foundation wall ledge where the floor joists sit on the ledge, but in this detail, the top of the foundation wall is located just above the center of the joist. If this is possible to draw in Chief, please direct me to any instructions.

AndrewSopher
I have a reverse ledge on almost every house. I set the foundation walls that I want to have a reverse ledge (interior) to have "hang floor platform above on wall" under the structure tab of your wall dialogue. for the interior/reverse ledge that the joist/floor truss will sit on, you can do it with a double wall, pony wall, and or create your own via 3D solid or counter top. Truthfully i think chief needs to switch over to be able to individually control the height of every wall instead of having room based wall heights. This would solve a lot of the "workarounds" in order to achieve things like a reverse ledge.
