Walls @ door bottoms............

Any reason why this happens in X17 at door bottoms? Never seen it before when I input doors and it show the house wrap.

This is a good question. As I recall X16 did it too, but for me it looks fine until I build the foundation. Is that the case here?

Thanks Shane, it worked by building the fdn on this home but not on others. I will troubleshoot.

You can always just add a sill to the door.
