I am looking to make usable space in my Attic. I found Creating an Attic Truss

So I would like to hire a CA expert to help me complete this, I don't have the time to learn the product 

but can provide the parameters for someone to help me complete this.

What this person needs and wants is to get someone to measure and make a model of his existing home and then design an attic room there. I told him that he needs someone to come to his home to measure ect do do an acceptable job. He lives in Canada so I declined the pleasure. If you recognize his area code give him a call please.
