Looking for new CA design partner to finish our home design for our in-progress planning/build of own home

Hello,

We had a local CA designer who is no longer able to help us.   We have a v1.0 design that needs more work, but we are looking for someone who can help us review what we have and take it to Layout, bid set and plan set phase!   We are contracting our own Lake home build here in N. Georgia.   Septic design completed and ready for approval tasks, full topo and soil completed.  We are looking for help to get us out of planning and work with us to support our home build!

  I was a builder myself for quite a few years and unlike any others on this forum, my plan sets feature quantity take offs as part of the designs.
