Boxed eaves

Hey guys, I can't get these eaves to box. Would this be because of un-joined roof planes somewhere or the wall offsets?

First thing is to make sure that you have "Higher Eaves Boxed" checked in your roof options. If you do have that option checked then it could be any of those other things you listed, in my experience.
