Is it possible use frieze vents instead of soffits in Chief?

Hmmm.... I know that you can adjust the thickness of your soffits. Seems like if you adjusted the soffit thickness to say 1" and then reduced your overhang it might look something like this. Then I would adjust the vertical offset of the frieze the thickness of your soffit. Then lastly change the material of your soffit to what you want. Anyway, some things to try. You might be surprised.
