Temporary Dimensions - Multiple selected items

Hello, I have searched everywhere for an answer with no luck. It used to be, when i would select multiple objects, i would get temporary dimensions that would treat the entire selection as one object. This would allow me to move the whole group easily. it worked great for centering windows on walls. Now, It shows only one of the selected items and not it a very helpful way. Its usually on the left side not matter what the selection order is.

 

Example - i have all 4 windows selected

 

 

my temp dim settings - messed with this quite a bit with no luck. this is how i have always had it.

I have the same problem in X17. 
 

it used to work. I hope it’s just some setting?
