Seeking Experienced Chief Architect Designer for Virtual Drafting Support

We’re looking to partner with a skilled Chief Architect designer to support our residential remodeling company on a range of upcoming projects including additions, basements, bathrooms, kitchens, and full-plan drafting.

 

We’re based in New Hampshire and handle all client-facing design meetings in person. What we’re looking for is a virtual partner who can:

 

• Work independently and efficiently in Chief Architect

• Tackle 85 to 100% of the drafting work from our design concepts, site photos, and measurements

• Provide editable CA files for our internal team in order to make changes and/or finalize following client meetings and/or after job kickoff if edits are needed

• Be comfortable working in a collaborative, iterative virtual environment

• Ideally have experience with virtual workflows and clear file-sharing practices

 

This would be an ongoing, project-based relationship, not a one-time gig. The ability to meet reasonable turnaround timelines and communicate clearly is important to us. Once projects are under construction, we may loop back to you for any major plan modifications, but we’ll typically own the final design edits and revisions.
