ChiefMindy
Hi, maybe this has a simple answer but I can't figure out how to put a molding profile onto a backsplash that is sloped toward the countertop. Can anyone help me out with this? Thanks, Mindy
SusanC
Hi Chief Mindy, Try posting this question in the Q&A forum to get more responses because there is more than one way to accomplish what you are after. The way I would tackle this: Open elevation of your cabinet run. Draw a line along the cabinet run. Convert the line to a polyline and turn it into a piece of molding. You can select a base molding profile with a slope and you can adjust the height and thickness. Adjust the height of the molding in the room so the molding is sitting on your countertop. Change the material of the molding to match the countertop. Susan
ChiefMindy
Okay I will try posting it there. I think I am doing something wrong as I watched the video by chief architect and every time I convert my line to a molding it disappears and I can't find it. So I tried what you suggested but it disappeared? I looked under the room moldings but its gone. Thank you for replying!
