Disappearing Reference Display Items - Export as Chief 3D Viewer File

Okay,

 

I have a feeling this is related to my previous post.  There's something about Reference Display items and camera view output that I clearly do not understand.

 

Anyways, I have a site plan model with 5 "tiny house" referenced in to the plan using the Reference Display feature:

 

 

Everything looks great with the with model:

 

 

I then exported the site plan model as a Chief 3D Viewer File.

 

And, the 5 units were not part of the model:

 

 

Any ideas what's going on?
