Hello, I'm trying to figure out will the Home Designer Pro tool work for us. We are in the process of buying our forever home which is roughly 5400 sq ft and 3 stories and we plan to make the attic livable space which will add another 1000 or so sqft.  It needs A LOT of work My questions are below: 

 

1). Some rooms have high ceilings. Is the software able to depict the high ceiling vs normal 9ft ceilings. The kitchen has a 9ft ceiling and living room and dinner have really high ceilings and we want to tear down the wall between the kitchen, living and dinner rooms. We would love to get a 3d rendering to get a feel of how it will look. 
 

2). Can you add elevators in this software? We will add a 3-level elevator since our parents plan on moving in. 
 

3). Does this software support multi-level back decks?

Yes, to 1 & 3 in Premier but I think Pro can handle them as well.  For 2, there are no built in tools for elevators and I think most people will just create an elevator room with pocket doors to show them on your plans.  You can even make the upper rooms "open below" type to show the actual shaft.  Couldn't find a symbol in the library for the car but you could probably find one to download or build your own if you really want to show it.
