Go to first floor Select wall you want to Balloon Frame Open up wall specification dialog box Select Structure tab Check box "Balloon through ceiling above" Check box "Hang Floor platform above on wall" Check box "include ledger" Rebuild framing for your walls and floors. Done. PS - That will get you your two framed walls. It appears on your cross section you do not want to hang those joists on the concrete wall, so don't check that box.
