Go to the Tools menu, then select Floor/Reference Display On the line you have "Reference Display Layer under Layer Set, make sure the Plan Name is the same as the one below it. Then make sure that line is on Automatic and XOR is checked. (See above) Click OK, then go from the first floor to the foundation floor and it should show you the 1st floor reference in red.
