Material list subtotal not working ?

In my material cost subtotal for foundation is not displaying total cost.

 

All other groups are subtotalling.

I have deleted some material object calcs from items I don’t want going to material list like existing slabs etc.

 

would this cause other items to not subtotal?

All the lines are totaling total cost but just not adding up.

 

it works on a test plan correctly.
