I’m looking for someone who can work with me, take my design (and contribute to it) and prepare architectural plans good enough to pull the building permit. Structural will be done by others. Project is located in the San Bernardino mountains near Big Bear Lake, Ca. Design to be contemporary, mountain cabin, 1,150 sq. ft. Thanks.
