(ADBS) is looking for an individual proficient in Chief Architecture X14 and importing / exporting .dwg files into CAD with familiarity of 2018 IRC Codes and Coastal Design Work (CA) and will need you to assist from Concept to Finalized Architectural Design with some Structural Design as needed. We would like a bid for the work to be completed. Off island is acceptable however, candidates must have reliable internet, good communication skills, ability to meet strict deadlines and availability during standard business hours HST for design review meetings.
