Also, I would love to find someone who would be interested in doing contract drafting on chief? I'm an Architect and have worked in commercial Architecture most of my career, with some brief residential design stints at 2 building product suppliers with residential design departments. It's my intention to work from my home with Chief Architect and design homes, and I'm just getting started with that. My company is called Renaissance DesignWorks, LLC (RDW for short). I do already have a developer-friend that I've been working with for years that does larger projects, but they are not very design-oriented (mostly apartment building renos. - lots of measuring and as-builts). My hope is to design some upscale residential work and pursue my own ideas as well. I'd like to build a clientele this year so I can stay busy.
