I am not familiar with how upworks operate,   Do they charge fee or take part of your hourly charge?

Can I sent you 2017 AutoCad files of site contour. basic quick development plan and elevations for you to estimate hours?

This is untrue.  Upwork does charge the client as well as the provider.

In that case can you share how they charge on client as i,m totally confused now with my 10 years upwork experience.(former odesk & elance)

 

say if you hire me on 17 $/hr contract then upwork took 20% from me and paid me 13.5 $/hr(approx), ok? so what upwork will charge to you in this case? please share.
