Bloch21 Posted December 23, 2021 Share Posted December 23, 2021 Getting this message when opening a plan file. I have checked the firewall off and it still happens. I am missing all of the textures as well. Security software or a firewall is blocking the program from accessing the catalog download server, or you have no internet connection.
