SSM123 Posted December 23, 2021 Share Posted December 23, 2021 I just installed and am running HDP 2021 on Mac OS 12.0.1 on a 2021 MacBook Pro (with M1 processor). I keep getting problems with loading file from the data directory when opening the program (first pic), on opening a plan (next three pics) and finally closing the program (last four pics). BTW, I have FileVault turned on. I clicked on the "check knowledge base" and the article that pops up talks about allowing full disk access. Except that in my MacOS version, there's no full disk access in system preferences. Also I have verified that the directories it's accessing have full read and write privileges for ALL users and programs. Ideas? It's really annoying. Dermot Posted December 23, 2021 Share Posted December 23, 2021 I see you are using HD Pro 2021, so this would be the correct link to contact support: https://www.homedesignersoftware.com/support/ Since you are using HD 2021, I think it would be covered.
