Did anyone figure out how to show doors and drawer heads in the plan view? Unless you have a full inset cabinets, the cabinet representation in the plan view is not true, it is always missing about 7/8" of the door space for a standard full overlay cabinet which may lead to mistakes like forgetting to add 7/8" for handle clearances in the corners, or your counter overhang either too big if you "imagine" the doors in the plan view or not enough if you just use overhang relative to the cabinet boxes. 

My work around is to add CAD lines to represent those missing doors, but then I need to extend the counter overhang and it affects my elevations. I wander if CA, in X13, finally figured out how to add a layer with cabinet doors and I just dont know about it.

Default Settings -> General Cabinet Defaults

Turn on "Show Closed Doors/Drawers in Plan Views"
