Need help with the software to create a model of a heavily remodeled 1950 home.

I purchased an older home, parts of it probably built in 1920. In 1955 a local home builder bought it and added/changed things willy-nilly with no regard for code. I used Home Designer Pro to model the main floor plus parts of the basement, but am not familiar enough with the software to merge the two and add on the attic and roof. It has varying ceiling heights throughout, internal walls that were once outside stone walls with windows and now covered, plus parts of the foundation being stacked stone, I need some help.

 

My goal is to have a complete model of it in a .plan format it so I can begin bringing it up to code, and remodeling it.

 

It is a 3000 sq ft' one story ranch style home with an attic bedroom and walkout basement. I have all the measurements and can send you lots of pictures.
