This position requires local presence and we are not entertaining remote offers. We are opening the offer to candidates possessing varying talents and/or experience. Those encouraged to reply: Recent graduates or existing students of technical colleges, interior designers with CAD experience, lumber yard/home improvement/trade specific employees with CAD and/or take-off experience, existing new construction/remodeling drafters working for builders/contractors/designers that want more flexibility, independence and control over their work schedule and load, independent CAD drafters/designers. We are an architectural design firm with established, long-term clients whose needs exceed our current capabilities. We specialize in custom, original designs and foster an environment that welcomes the free-flow exchange of ideas. Our team goal is to produce well detailed plans that are easy to understand and produce.
