I have CA software, but do not know how to drive it well enough to get what I want. Looking to start building at the first of the year. I have plans from architect, she is 84yr old and not easy to work with on changes. I'm easy to work with, but I know what I want. You could start with my existing plans and make alterations. I have been using the Chief software ever since version 5 or 6. I am available now, as I would love to help you, and work with you on this project. Please, reach out to me, so that we can discuss the details, of what you’re trying to accomplish here, with your designs and plans. My rates normally are between $1.00 - $1.25 psf for the full model in CAX11, or HDP, plus renderings, and a completed set of construction documents.
