Need help inputting a 2d home remodel design into chief architect program

I am looking to hire someone to take a 2d home remodel plan created by my builder and create a complete 3d version version for me that I can walk through and revise.  I would like to see the kitchen cabinets and island so I can move that all around.  I  have Home Design 2017 but am willing to upgrade to an appropriate program.  I tried to do it myself but my computer skills are not what they should be.
