I tried to return it but had just missed the 30 day return policy. Nothing wrong with the software. The people I am working with have requested I switch Software. Save some money on a new one. Kbird1 Posted May 27, 2018 Share Posted May 27, 2018 Just a FYI.....If you have X9 and SSA you should have X10 automatically ...otherwise it would cost $695 to upgrade to the latest Version , however I don't think SSA is transferable to a new Owner , something to contact CA Sales about as you will need the Transfer Papers and to pay the Transfer Fee as well .
