Change plant object to different "type"

X4. I have added a group of items to the library as a single component to be placed.  It has soffits, and plants in a vertical arrangement.  Problem is when placing this on the edge of a deck, the plants want to be at a distance off the ground, while the soffits adjust to the height above the floor.  Is there a way to make the plants "not plants" so they will also be "above floor" as opposed to "above ground"?  Tried looking for a way to export and import as I like, but not sure what will still give me the plant image and not just a CAD looking outline of a plant.

You made an Architectural Block?

What plants are you using. Ones from the core, or bonus catalog, or from somewhere else?

Have you tried this setting?

You could also (maybe) create a symbol of your block and place it.

Sorry, I really should have stated X4 options.  Yes, architectural block to library.  Just any plant from the library that is an image.  In X4, it appears to be hardcoded in the specs box to set the height above ground.  Don't see any other option.   I'm assuming I need to export it and then bring it in as a common object that can have a setting above floor.  Just don't know how.
