360 view viewing issues on iphone

Ever since ca came out with 360 views I have had this issue.

if I log onto chief with phone and view 360 it will not go full screen and the only way out is to hit back button. 

 

But it if I send 360 link to someone using phone I can select link and it will fill the screen.

 

anyond else having this issue ?
