2 Family living space sq. ft. calc.

Is there a way when creating a 2 family residence to make the living are square footage display in reference to each unit instead of total living space?

you can create a cad box around each one with a macro that shows sq. footage of each box.  There may be other ways as well but that one is pretty fast.
