AlanAustinbuild Posted December 3, 2017 Share Posted December 3, 2017 I am a builder, contractor in the Fort Worth TX area and need a Home Designer Pro 2018 competent user to help with my home remodel. I already laid out the existing (original home) and designed the addition of 500 sq ft. I have the windows and doors, but having trouble figuring out how to merge the original house ceiling joists and roof rafters into the new roof line and the addition of some beams to open the house up. DavidJPotter Posted December 3, 2017 Share Posted December 3, 2017 I can help you with the software issues but I am not a State Licensed Structural Engineer (they are commonly used for such structural consultations). I have all versions of Home Designer Pro and Chief Premier and I have been teaching-tutoring-out sourcing since the mid-nineties. My contact information is in my signature line below this post.
