partial height wall with glass pony wall above only shows as glass in floor plan

Good morning, 

 

Client wants a cathedral ceiling with the interior framed wall stopping at 78" high, but with glass walls above this level to the ceiling. I figured out how to get the program to create them but what do I change on the floor plan to get the framed thickness of the wall to show? It is only showing the glass thickness currently. I have attached the file. First floor level, by the E4 marker is a camera titled "half wall issue" the wall it is showing is the issue.
