fenilpatel Posted November 13, 2016 Share Posted November 13, 2016 I am in an immediate need of an expert draftsperson with a background in Chief Architect to draw up the plans, elevations, and site plan in Chief Architect. I have a very preliminary layout done and all I need presently is to have someone dress up the plans, assign some material of my choice and produce plans, elevations, one or two sections and site plan sheets so I can present the plans to banks for the mortgage. I do not need construction drawings or permit set at this point but it will be needed in near future. The project is located in Wayne, NJ, however, the draftsperson can be located anywhere in the US as long as the person is familiar with NJ residential codes.
