  1. We’re looking to partner with a skilled Chief Architect designer to support our residential remodeling company on a range of upcoming projects including additions, basements, bathrooms, kitchens, and full-plan drafting. We’re based in New Hampshire and handle all client-facing design meetings in person. What we’re looking for is a virtual partner who can: Work independently and efficiently in Chief Architect Tackle 85 to 100% of the drafting work from our design concepts, site photos, and measurements Provide editable CA files for our internal team in order to make changes and/or finalize following client meetings and/or after job kickoff if edits are needed Be comfortable working in a collaborative, iterative virtual environment Ideally have experience with virtual workflows and clear file-sharing practices This would be an ongoing, project-based relationship, not a one-time gig. The ability to meet reasonable turnaround timelines and communicate clearly is important to us. Once projects are under construction, we may loop back to you for any major plan modifications, but we’ll typically own the final design edits and revisions. If you’re interested, please share: A few examples of past work Your typical turnaround time Your version of Chief Architect Your availability and rate structure Thanks in advance—we’re excited to find a great partner! 2. Hi Everyone, I'm looking to forge a few new relationships with some New England based designers and drafters. We are a seacoast NH kitchen/bath/basement remodeling contractor that normally has small design/build projects. As we grow I'm looking to partner with some new folks to take on the drafting and design portion of our projects. Every project is little different. Some are small baths that just need a permit set of drawings. Some are larger and need multiple design options and 3D renderings. If you are interested in chatting to see if we could be a good fit please let me know, and thanks for looking! Best, Donal
