The issue: the brick ledge line does show in plan view on this wall, but the foundation dimension for that leg is only reading about 1/4" more than the 1st floor framing dimension, when it should be reading 4" more (to account for the brick ledge projection). So I notched out the corners like you suggested Jonathan, and it worked on the right side, but not the left side. The other issue is that it's automatically putting a gutter on the notch out that I do not want. Any more suggestions?

I have Boxed Eaves selected in the roof options, however they are not showing up on the right side gable. See attached screenshots. What do I need to fix to get them to show up?
