Happy to help (whenever I find the time ). some stuff is a little "non-intuitive", the way they have things set up, but once you sort it out it's an amazing tool.

Trying to preserve a legacy design, I copied the entire project and renames the .plan and .layout names. As I was going through my layout, I noticed that some of the changes I was making weren't showing up in other suposedly related views. So I started clicking on the layout views and noticed they still referenced the older file. So I selected "Relink Layout Box". I found the appropriate file, clicked on it and everything seemed fine. Then I noticed that the room names were no longer showing up on the floor plans. I found that all of the individually named spaces/rooms had adopted a hatch pattern that I had used on a mechanical set. I wasn't sure how to fix that universally (default), so I clicked on each room individually and changed the layer and fill style as shown on the screen shots below. Then when I went into a 3D view I noticed that most but not all of the rooms now showed no finishes on the ceiling and floor. I can't figure out where I erred or how to fix it. Any suggestions are much appreciated (recently rolled over to V18)
