  2. Hello, first post here. Brand new to CA. Using premier x17. I've designed a small house, and I have everything the way the engineer has specified and all call outs and notes. The only thing (that I can see anyway) that is wrong is this bump out on the porch/exterior wall junction. The engineer has specified to the porch be 2-3" wider than the porch posts that support the beams. This is so a wet set bolt be installed on the corner and a simpson ABU66 can be used. I achieved that by offsetting the footing on the open railing walls. Now I am left with this that I am trying to get rid of. If I go to the foundation layer and move it, the entire footing moves with it and it goes flush with the post again. Thanks
