  1. No problem. I use a site called architextures. It's a subscription based account ($8/Month) and can create any tile or material you want. I wish chief would integrate this level of tile builder into the software. If you can get a picture of a tile, countertop, etc you can create any seamless texture with very good detail. I use actual tiles in my models that our designer picks for the client. That way they can see what the actual end product will really look like. https://architextures.org/
  2. Try this file I made from your tile which i found online by reverse image search. If you want to learn how I did this send me a PM and I'll give you my secret to make almost any tile you can think of. Blair 24x24 Checkerboard Polished Porcelain Tile.calibz

  4. navigate to Tools > Layer Settings > Display Options. Then, select the desired layer set and modify the background color in the Properties for Selected Layer section
  5. This is the best/easiest tile creation website I've found. It has all the tile patterns already made and you just import a photo of your desired photo. It will make whatever pattern you like. https://architextures.org/
  6. How about this one? I have this tile in my library but can't upload it here due to the 14mb max file size. Maybe I could send you a link to a google drive or something.
