  1. Thanks for all the replies! I appreciate your time. Will try these things out
  2. Hello , I use Conestoga cabinets combined with our in-house custom shop for most of our kitchens. Is it possible to create or buy a library that would generate the correct nomenclature in the labels? For example, Chief will generate a cabinet label for a 24" base cabinet with butt doors as "B24". I would like it to match the naming system of Conestoga so it automatically reads "B24BD" in the schedule so it's easier for ordering. I don't need a style specific setup unless it's required - I just need the labels to change and show up in the schedule. Thanks, Thomas Huntington Huntington Construction LLC Chief x16 Windows 11
  3. I'm using x16 latest release. I create a materials list polyline around several rooms and then have it calculate materials. The drywall square foot is right compared to manual takeoff, but the sheet count is not close. Higher than double the count needed. I checked the wall board size and wall definition and both are correct. Anyone have an idea of what I might do to fix?
  4. Found a solution that worked for me......When printing layout to pdf, I was getting very thick lines for one file. In drawing sheet setup, the .plan file was set to a different line weight than the .layout file prior to sending to layout. I made sure both were back to the default setting of 1/100 mm and all works fine again.
  5. Hi Chopsaw, I am having the same issue - all looks fine in layout but when sent to pdf, the line weight get super fat. Changing line weights in drawing sheet setup does not have any effect. My previous projects printed fine.....Did you ever get to a solution?
