We have been doing this for the last 6 months testing everything and added the Plan and Design for our local clients 2 years ago so have over 170 we have served. We have settled on Chief Architect as our main platform both for ease of use and total features. The smaller projects require floor plans, elevation and some 3D modeling. Our larger additions and residential new builds need MEPS and structural construction documents including material take offs. Did I forget to mention that we love Chief Architect.

We are a GC who over the last 2 years have used 8 different VA's to complete plans for over 120 clients. We generate between 30 and 40 leads per day for our Planning & Design Group at Transformative Construction. We are creating plans for everything from basic remodels to full construction projects. We are getting ready to start subdividing our own land and building. I need a cadre of experts who can create floor plans, elevations, 3D modeling, full building plans, blueprints, take offs and Meps.
