ha..... great idea! ill try that. just out of curiousity. what is the "fairy dust" or speckles that show up with the photon mapping? Julie

OK so it looks great without the photon mapping but then my stainless is black...... I can't win any ideas?

Hi Jintu, how did you get rid of the speckles? many of my raytraces are sandy/grainy. even 10-15 passes in. i'm using x6 Julie
