I am a novice with home designer and get stuck trying to figure things out to get to the finish line. The more I mess with it the more messed up it seems to get. I need a more experienced person I can hand my plan off to, to get it finished for a reasonable fee that is not going to cost me thousands of dollars. It is a very simple rectangle design.
