@5Design - you have to close the plan file before uploading to Chief.
Just a guess...but, it might have something to do with the roof height settings in the "build roof" dialogue. Chief may be moving the roof baseline in order to keep your eaves at the same height. Just a guess without the plan file.
Thanks, Steve. I thought the plan had loaded (guess I pushed post before it loaded). But it was set to allow lower plans.

Hey Y'all,
Any thoughts as to why this is happening. Each wall is set to begin the upper pitch at the baseline (same on the 8' plates). It shows the correct height in the wall dialogue, but it's off by 36".
Thanks,

foundations are just rooms like the floor plans, just select the foundation rooms and check do not include in living area or schedule
Thanks, Perry. They are checked to not include per default.

Thanks, Chopsaw. It's a custom schedule. I think it has something to do with the 1st floor room structure. I don't really care about having the foundation, but if I don't it doesn't show a brick ledge. My goofy browser doesn't want to upload the file...

Howdy Y'all,
Anyone know why this may be happening? The default is set to monolithic, but when I build it, it doubles the size of the area.
Thanks!

Hey Willis93, did you ever find one of these?
