About Me

My interest is in small homes under 1000 SQ FT./ Pocket homes or tiny homes on a frame under 400 squres feet. In the construction field since the mid 70's Mostly residence's. Now Coming out of retirement to do a specialized segent of smaller homes. Like to work with Small lots of around 2,500 SQ FT plus or minus but never over 2750 SQ FT. Will be using 24x36 sheet plans and in some cases 24x18 sheets.

Did my first CAD drawing in 1986 on a 286 machine with DOS and no windows.

I taught  CAD for one year at a Community College near here.Did foudation flat work to the roofs and everything in between. Worked with Heavy constrution and so on. Went into retirement in 2007 because ecomomy crashed lost my house and business.

Also looking for X5 to X8 with SSA for under $900  and to be registered With Chief..
